Initial Ketamine Evaluation
It all starts with an in person psychiatric evaluation where your clinician will assess your current symptoms, psychiatric history, and create a treatment plan.
This is a 90-120 minute appointment at our office in Providence, Rhode Island and is required for all new clients. During this appointment we will obtain a full psychiatric and medical history, set treatment goals, create a customized treatment plan for you, and provide a comprehensive orientation to how to prepare for and make the most of your ketamine sessions.
Self-Pay: $500 (50% deposit required at time of booking)
Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI: Covered service. Copay, deductible, and co-insurance apply in accordance with your specific BCBS insurance plan.

In-Office Ketamine Session
Our most supportive offering. Journey in our curated space with your clinician by your side.
The initial course of treatment consists of 6 ketamine sessions over the course of 3-6 weeks. Each 2-hour in-office session includes:
30-minute preparation, 60-minute medicine session, and 30-minute integration/grounding.
Custom playlist tailored to your needs and preferences.
Access to the Osmind app to track progress with evidence-based tools, in-app journaling, and direct messaging function to directly contact your ketamine provider.
Self-Pay: $500/session
Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI: $250/session, plus copay, deductible, and co-insurance apply in accordance with your specific BCBS insurance plan.
3-month and 6-month payment plans available at no additional cost.

Supported Zoom Ketamine Session
The best of both worlds. Journey in the comfort of your home* with the support of your clinician via Zoom.
*home sessions not appropriate for all clients and are offered on a case-by-case basis.
The initial course of treatment consists of 6 ketamine sessions over the course of 3-6 weeks. Each 2-hour supported zoom session includes:
30-minute preparation, 60-minute medicine session, and 30-minute integration/grounding, fully supervised by your clinician with video and audio via zoom. A safety sitter (responsible sober adult) of your choosing is required to be present with you during your session.

Home blood pressure monitor.
