FAQs

  • Although we are not in-network with any health insurance plans, ketamine treatment is an eligible HSA/FSA medical expense.

If your health insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, you may request that we submit your invoices (“superbills”) directly to your insurance for partial reimbursement. Amount of reimbursement varies by plan and is not guaranteed.

If you plan on using your out-of-network benefits, we strongly recommend that you contact your insurance ahead of time to get an estimate of how much of they will reimburse. Our billing codes are listed below:

Billing codes for initial ketamine evaluation (75-90 minutes): 99204 or 99205

Billing codes for ketamine session (120 minutes): [99214 or 99215] with [90833 or 90836]

Billing codes for follow up (15 minutes): 99212

Billing codes for follow up (30 minutes): 90833 with [99213 or 99214]

When you contact your insurance please make sure they understand that you will be receiving services from an out of network provider.

  • Yes! As of October 2023 we offer 3-month and 6-month payment plans on all 6-session ketamine treatment bundles. Payment plans are available at no additional cost to you.

We also accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA, personal check, Venmo, and cash.

  • As a psychiatry practice, we are only able to provide treatment for primary psychiatric disorders. Although some clients with co-occurring chronic pain do receive some pain relief using sublingual ketamine, it is often the case that more robust pain relief requires higher doses than can be administered sublingually. For this reason, the most common route of administration for this indication is IV, which unfortunately we do not offer at this time.

  • We do not offer general psychiatric medication management outside of ketamine treatment. If you take other psychiatric medications (antidepressants, mood stabilizers, etc.) you should continue to see your psychiatric prescriber regularly to manage those medications.
